Placed an order for oven thermostat- the part received wasn't even close to the part number ordered. Received a return number, & followed directions as posted on website to get a refund. Was told by the representative that it would be 1-2 cycles before receiving my refund, once the part was returned. When asked what a cycle was I was told it was 1-2 weeks. Waited 2.5 weeks after they had received the part back & called to check on my refund & was told a cycle is actually 30-60 days. I really can understand a 1-2 week wait, but 30-60 days! I paid for my order in a timely manner & would expect to get my refund in the same timely manner. It is total BS to have to pay for their mistake & them to have an interest free loan. 12915c7
