| 1. Written by People Vs Partstore on November 17, 2010 from tampa, florida, US I returned an item UNOPENED within 3 days (which fit with their policy). They replied that their warehouse said the part was installed. After fighting to get an explanation of HOW the part could have been installed, and getting an admission finally that the part was returned unopened and my money would return, they have shut down their customer service phone line and have no responded. Even though I've lost $182, there is a large number of people who have been ripped off from this store. Someone has to stand up for us.
