I ordered a replacement T con board for a Samsung LCD TV that I was repairing from PartStore.com. The part was listed as in stock. I ordered the part on Sunday evening through their website, despite reading dozens of bad reviews about the company. The board was discontinued by the Samsung, and I figured I had to get it from whoever still had one in stock. 2 weeks went by and I still hadn't recieved a shipping confirmation email from PartStore.com. I clicked the link in their email only to find their website was down, and it continued to be down for the rest of the week, along with no answer at their call center, only a message asking me to please call back during normal buisness hours". I even emailed their customer service department trying to figure out what was going on/. After doing more research on the web I found several people saying that partstore was going out of buisness?. 2 weeks later, a month after I placed the order I got an email from partstore explaining that they had a "signifigant disruption of service, and that my order had been cancled";. What a joke, I ordered the same board from searspartsdirect'.com and recieved it in the mail a week later.. Now the TV is fixed, but the owner is pretty pissed about how long it took to fix, and guess who ends up looking bad, me'. I have now noticed PartStore/.com is back up, and I would suggest staying away from these clown shoe jokers. 12917e5
