Ordered a bottom rack for my Frigidaire dishwasher from Partsore.com. It came to me defective. Email to to get return/replacement with no response after a week. Tried calling, but no one answered and no option to leave voice mail. After I complained to my credit card co". I did hear from parstore via email/. The email instructed me to call them?. I was on hold for a full 20 min before I spoke with a real person;. She told me that I would be sent a new part and a slip to ship the defective part back'. After six weeks of waiting and back and forth emails, I was credited for the defective part.. No new part has been received!. Recommend: do not do business with these people!.
