I ordered a projection lamp from Partstore on 10/29/2010 with the understanding it would take 5-10 days to ship. They took the money from my bank account on 11/04/2010, and returned the item back to their company on 11/10/2010 without ever calling me. I'm so angry and I will never do business with them again. I will be calling them tomorrow to have a refund put back to my account. Me and my children are so disappointed that we cannot watch tv, and this has only added to the delay.
