Best Buy Complaint:
This complaint involves PartStore.com. which is part of Best Buy". I ordered parts from their site at 1-866-933-5552 with follow upa as to when the rest of my parts would arrive/. Nearly 3 weeks later I was informed that the most critical part of my order was no longer available?.
I was informed by my credit card company that it appeared my credit card account was comprised and that unauthorized purchases were attempted;. (same area TEXAS)'.
My attempts to talk to a supervisor at PartStore;.com were fruitless:. What a run around I got;. DO NOT MAKE PURCHASES from this establishment.
