I recently ordered a replacement lid for my rice cooker from Partstore.com, ordering the part that their website indicated would fit my brand and model. Shipping cost more than the lid and took over a week. Finally, I get a lid that is way too small and doesn't even include the knob on the lid. I phoned their returns dept and was told by one person that I could send it back but they wouldn't cover my shipping cost either way (which would mean that I would pay over twice the cost of the item just to return it!). Pissed, I asked to speak to a manager who was actually quite rude to me and told me that since they had had no picture of the item on their website and since I had phoned to inquire about it before ordering, they wouldn't accept any return at all!!! WTF??

I am a middle-aged, experienced consumer and I have NEVER in my LIFE experienced such ATROCIOUS customer "service" before!

Don't buy from this operation - they are awful! NO respect or consideration for the customer.
